Day 1, 2 Chobe National Park
Your adventure starts in the Chobe National
Park, the second largest National Park in
Botswana. It is home to the highest elephant
concentration on earth & is one of the most
spectacular national parks in Africa. The riverine
forests & floodplains support a multitude of
game species, which in turn attract predators
such as lion, leopard & hyena. During your twoday
stay enjoy a boat cruise along the banks
of the Chobe River or join a guided game drive
into the Chobe National Park. On the second
day you can transfer to the Victoria Falls for a
day excursion.

Day 3, 4 Makgadikgadi Pans 450km
After breakfast you depart Kasane and travel
south into the stunning Makgadikgadi pans.
This natural phenomenon represents the
largest clay pans on earth and changes the
landscape into a wonderland of surrealistic
beauty. Their remoteness and inaccessibility all
add to the mystique, and one has not enjoyed
the full charm of Botswana without having had
a taste of their magical impact. Your lodge is
situated directly along the pans, giving you
the opportunity to explore them over the next
two days on a guided drive. Alternatively you
can follow a group of meerkats on their daily
journey through the pans in search of food.

Day 5, 6 Okavango Delta 220km
Travelling further west, you reach Maun and
the southern edge of the magnificent Okavango
Delta, the largest inland delta on earth.
Situated along the banks of the Thamalekane
River, it provides easy access into the delta
either by helicopter, plane or open game drive
vehicle. You also have the opportunity to travel
on the Thamalekane River by mokoro (dug-out
canoe) to experience the rich bird life of the
area. The town has a wonderful spirit, giving
you a permanent sense of fun and excitement
and guaranteeing you two unforgettable days
of culture, nature and bliss.

Day 7, 8 Kalahari Desert 280km
Your journey takes you after breakfast further
west into the Kalahari Desert, the largest sand
mass on earth that stretches over no less than
9 different African countries. Your lodge is
situated close to Ghanzi on a private nature
reserve, promising you two days of excellent
game viewing experiences. Your luxury tents
all offer you a stunning view onto the endless
plains and the personalized service of the camp
owners and staff will ensure a memorable
experience.

Day 9 End of tour 460km
After breakfast you travel back into Namibia
or continue your tour into the Kgalagadi
Transfrontier Park in southern Botswana /
Northern South Africa. (B)
Travel back to Windhoek or embark on
the Magical Kalahari Tour that takes you
into the Kgalakgadi Transfrontier Park
